Linus Andersson
Linus is a PhD student in the 202Q Lab. He completed his M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering at Chalmers University of Technology in 2023, specializing in microwave engineering and superconducting electronics. He joined the lab during his master’s thesis and has continued there as a doctoral researcher. His current work is part of the EU-funded JOGATE project, where he designs microwave circuits based on Josephson field-effect transistor (JoFET) technology. In parallel, he conducts research on traveling-wave parametric amplifiers (TWPAs) based on thin-film superconductors. He has also worked on quasiparticle detection using transmon qubits and high-energy radiation drain (HERD) filtering technology. Outside of research, he enjoys music, running, and cycling.
