Prof. Simone Gasparinetti Invited to Speak at QuantumCavities 2026 Workshop on Bosonic Quantum Processing
Conference People June 4, 2026
Prof. Simone Gasparinetti from 202Q-lab was recently invited to speak at QuantumCavities 2026, an invitation-only workshop designed for focused, high-level scientific exchange among a select group of researchers.
Over the span of a few days, a limited number of talks, poster presentations and discussions took place, with quantum scientists, researchers and academics coming from different institutions.
Prof. Gasparinetti presented “Always-on, highly efficient microwave photodetector based on a superconducting artificial molecule”. The talk symbolises a direction at the core of our group’s research in quantum information processing and microwave quantum optics.
We are grateful to the organisers for bringing this community together.
A special thank you to Wallenberg Centre for Quantum Technology (WACQT), Nord Quantique, and Zürich Instruments for making this workshop possible. Their continued investment in deep scientific collaboration helps keep the field moving forward.
