202Q-lab participated in the thematic workshop Quantum Technology meets Quantum Materials (QMQT2025) last week, jointly organized by Chalmers University of Technology and the Embassy of Italy in Stockholm.

Our group leader, Simone Gasparinetti, gave a talk titled “Towards Verified Quantum Speedup in a Bosonic Quantum Processor.” He presented the research directions we pursue at 202Q-lab, shared recent results, and outlined our vision for building a Bosonic quantum processor.

The workshop brought together researchers from Sweden and Italy to exchange ideas and explore collaborations in quantum computing, materials, and sensing. It was an engaging and productive meeting that highlighted the value of continued dialogue between the two scientific communities.
