We are delighted to share that Prof. Simone Gasparinetti has been awarded the Nagelska priset by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences.
The prize recognizes “outstanding advances in fundamental and applied quantum technology, and in particular contributions to the development of microwave photodetection to achieve near-perfect efficiency.”
Simone commented: “I am deeply honored to receive this prize. It is a wonderful recognition of the collective efforts of my research group, the 202Q-lab, and a great encouragement for all of us to keep pushing our research forward.”
